1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is GDI German Digital Infrastructure GmbH i.G.. Contact: [email protected]. Address and authorised representatives are listed in the legal notice once registration is complete.

2. Principles

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and embeds no third-party services. Fonts are served from our own origin. There is no tracking.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary server log data: IP address, time of access, page accessed and user agent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable delivery of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short time and is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contact form and site form

If you use one of our forms, we process the details you provide in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Form submissions are forwarded to our mailbox. We delete the data after the inquiry has been handled, at the latest after twelve months, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We treat details about land as confidential.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle the inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose.

6. Your rights

You have the right vis-a-vis the controller to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

7. Changes

We will amend this privacy policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
